ProxyPromo publishes coupons, promo codes, deal listings and editorial guides for proxy, VPN, hosting and SEO products. The Site is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Coupon accuracy

We test every coupon before publishing and re-test on a rolling schedule, but vendors can invalidate codes without notice. Coupons are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Always verify the final price at checkout before completing a purchase.

3. Third-party stores

When you click a coupon you leave ProxyPromo and enter a third-party website with its own terms and privacy policy. Your relationship with that vendor — including payment, delivery, refunds and support — is entirely between you and them. ProxyPromo is not a party to your purchase.

4. Affiliate disclosure

ProxyPromo may earn a commission when you complete a purchase after clicking an outbound link. Commissions never influence our editorial choices, ranking or coverage. See the About page for our full editorial policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-download the Site.
• Redistribute our coupon database on other coupon aggregators.
• Use the Site to break vendor terms (e.g. mass-abusing single-use codes).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin or user accounts.

6. User submissions

When you submit a coupon, comment or contact message you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it on the Site. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.

7. Intellectual property

All original content — copy, guides, images, code — is © ProxyPromo. Vendor logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used under fair-use for editorial identification only.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

In no event shall ProxyPromo be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party purchase made after visiting the Site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence. Disputes go to the competent local courts.
