ProxyPromo.top ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have under GDPR, CCPA and similar frameworks.

1. Information we collect

• Newsletter data — the email address you provide when subscribing to our weekly digest.
• Contact form data — the name, email, subject and message you submit through the contact page.
• Aggregate analytics — anonymous page views, referrer, browser and country. Never linked to an individual.
• Coupon interaction — anonymous counters of how many people revealed each code, used to rank popular offers.

2. How we use your data

• To send the weekly newsletter you explicitly subscribed to — you can unsubscribe with one click at any time.
• To reply to your contact-form inquiry.
• To improve the site: which coupons resonate, which categories are underserved, which pages are slow.

We never sell your data. We never rent your email. We never share your inbox with third-party marketers.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember your theme preference and to store an anonymous session ID for analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Affiliate networks may drop a session cookie when you click an outbound link — those cookies live on the vendor's domain, not ours.

4. Affiliate links

Some outbound coupon links are affiliate links. If you complete a purchase after clicking, the vendor may pay us a commission. This never costs you anything extra and never influences our editorial choices.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of that data.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Data retention

Newsletter emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact-form submissions are retained for 24 months for support continuity, then permanently deleted. Anonymous analytics is retained for 14 months.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is limited to editorial and engineering staff who have signed a confidentiality agreement.

8. Children

ProxyPromo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll post the updated policy here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes are announced in the newsletter.
