Every coupon on ProxyPromo goes through the same four-step process before it appears on a public page:

- Testing — the code is entered at a real checkout, on the exact plan it's advertised for. We record the pre- and post-discount price.
- Documentation — the discount amount, valid plans, minimum spend, geo restrictions and expiry (where disclosed) are added to the coupon record.
- Re-testing — active coupons are re-verified on a rolling schedule; anything that fails is pulled and readers who saved it get notified.
